Welcome back! Use this page to securely sign in to your Roobet account, manage security settings, and resolve common connection issues.

Quick Sign-In

  1. Enter your email/username and password.

  2. Complete Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) if enabled.

  3. Click Sign In.

  4. (Optional) Select Remember me on trusted devices only.

Forgot Your Password?

  1. Click Forgot password on the login form.

  2. Enter your registered email.

  3. Check your inbox for the reset link and follow the prompts.

  4. Create a new, strong password (12+ characters; mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).

If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check spam/junk, then request a new link.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Keep your account safer with 2FA.

Enable 2FA:

  • Account → SecurityEnable 2FA → scan the QR code with an authenticator app → enter the 6-digit code → Confirm.

  • Save your backup/recovery codes in a secure place. They’re needed if you lose your device.

Having 2FA issues?

  • Ensure your phone’s time is set to automatic (time drift causes invalid codes).

  • Try a fresh code after ~10–20 seconds.

  • If you’ve lost access to your authenticator and recovery codes, contact Support for identity verification and 2FA reset.

Best Practices for a Secure Connection

  • Use a unique password and change it periodically.

  • Do not share credentials; Roobet staff will never ask for your password or full payment details.

  • Enable 2FA and login notifications.

  • Sign out on shared devices and avoid public computers/Wi-Fi when possible.

  • Keep your browser and OS updated.

Troubleshooting Login & Connection Issues

1) “Wrong credentials” or “Account not found”

  • Re-enter your email/username carefully (watch for typos and spacing).

  • Reset your password from the Forgot password link.

  • If you recently changed your email, use the new address.

2) 2FA code not accepted

  • Sync your device time to automatic network time.

  • Use the latest 6-digit code from your authenticator app.

  • Try another authenticator app if codes persistently fail.

  • If locked out, contact Support for a 2FA reset (verification required).

3) CAPTCHA or login button not loading

  • Allow cookies and JavaScript for roobet.com.

  • Disable aggressive ad/tracker blockers for the site.

  • Clear browser cache/cookies, then restart the browser.

4) Region & network checks

  • Roobet is not available in restricted locations.

  • VPNs, proxies, or location-spoofing can block access—turn them off and try again.

  • Switch networks (e.g., from public Wi-Fi to mobile data) to rule out firewall issues.

5) Browser/device compatibility

  • Update to the latest browser version (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).

  • Try a different browser or device to isolate the issue.

If problems continue, reach out to Support with: your username, time of the issue, device + browser versions, and any error messages/screenshots.

Account Lock & Security Holds

For your protection, repeated failed logins or unusual activity may trigger a temporary lock or verification check. Follow the on-screen steps or contact Support to restore access after identity confirmation.
